Shipping policy

 

Orders placed and confirmed by 09:00 hours South African standard time will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed after 09:00 hours South African standard time on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Business days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in the Republic of South Africa.

OVERNIGHT courier does not apply over weekends, and must be paid before 12 pm on the current day to receive the following day. 

Orders placed will be confirmed for process ONLY if payment reflects in our bank account and we have confirmed availability of product ordered.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in the Republic of South Africa.
